Meet the CD6 candidates at this month's Desert Progressives meeting

Three candidates have announced their intention to vie for the Democratic nomination for the Congressional District 6 seat currently held by Republican David Schweikert. You can meet all of them -- Anita Maik, Garrick McFadden and Heather Ross -- at Desert Progressives' monthly meeting. Each candidate will have 15 minutes to speak to us then there will take questions from the audience. It's scheduled for Tuesday, November 28 at Shadow Rock Church at 7 p.m. As usual, it's sure to be an informative, energizing gathering, so be sure to mark it on your calendar and bring a friend.
